Christmas Tree Charcuterie
This simple design is an easy way to keep your charcuterie boards festive and fun this Christmas season.
Supplies Needed
1 cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Vegetable peeler
Toothpicks
1 block of cheese
Small star shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
Prepare your ingredients.
Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
Create cucumber ribbons.
Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into long ribbons. Discard the first outer strip if needed so each ribbon has green edges with a lighter center.
Prep the tomatoes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
Cut the cheese stars.
Slice the block of cheese into ½-inch-thick slices. Use the star cookie cutter to cut out small cheese stars.
Assemble the tree.
Use two cucumber ribbons per tree. Starting at the bottom of a toothpick, fold the cucumber ribbons back and forth, twisting slightly and gradually making each layer smaller as you move upward to create a tree shape. Make sure the pointed ends face upward for a tapered look.
Add the base.
Place a cherry tomato half at the bottom of the toothpick with the cut side facing down.
Finish with the star.
Top the tree with a cheese star.
Serve and enjoy.
Arrange on a plate or charcuterie board and enjoy this festive holiday bite!

- Spanish inspired charcuteria
- Spanish manzanilla olives with pimento paste
- Blueberries
- Sliced provolone cheese
- Mum or any flower
- Toothpicks
- Letter cut outs
Making this craft is easy and a great way to wow your guests!
- Head to the store, and don't forget your list!
- Grab a knife and cut about an inch from the stem all the way around the pumpkin to remove the top.
- Scoop out the guts and keep the seeds for roasting or adding to compost.
- Add blueberries to give your meat and cheese something to sit on.
- Cube cheese and add two pieces per skewer.
- Fold your meat and add to skewer, add an olive on top of toothpick.
- Add meat and cheese skewers to the pumpkin, leaving room to add prosciutto.
- Add prosciutto on side with room.
- Add flowers to gaps.
- To spell BOO grab your letter cut outs. Place one provolone slice on the counter and press into it with the B and O. Use a toothpick to gently get the letters.
- Arrange in front of pumpkin.
- Enjoy!
